Subject to assessment, members who have unlocked the foundational and advanced level games of TACTICS, Wisdom from the Beautiful Game, World Series© may apply for their OTM Coaching Badge (Level 1).
This entry‑level badge marks the transition from player to developing coach, confirming that you understand the OTM© principles, can apply them to your own game, and are ready to begin supporting others as an
OTM-informed Coach.
NB: This badge is
not a formal professional qualification; it is a recognition of readiness to coach the
TACTICS
system with insight, humility, and confidence.

Level 1 is the first step for those seeking to join the OTM Coaching Team as Assistant Coaches (Level 2). After approximately six months of practising as an OTM‑informed Coach, members may be invited to progress to Level 2 — working alongside the Head Coach in fixtures, sessions, club development, and within the youth academy.
